Through the understanding of tourist''''''''s vandalism happened process to begin the essential problems, further to aim at the major reason to provide related strategies and maintenance procedures. According to the result of practical proving study, we dis- cover the tourists'''''''' littering is the most serious behavior. We make this behavior as special tourists'''''''' vandalism to exam the effect factors, at the result we find the interviewees have the highest cognition in "Responsibility Denial" and "Releasor-Cues" to litter. According to the result of factor analysis, we dis- cover that twelve reasons of all can be classed four main factor group, including the factor group of maintenance and management, visitors'''''''' motives, recreational carrying-capacity and limitation rules. Their explaination of total cumulative degree is about 62.23﹪, and the factor group of maintenance and management have the highest cumlulative dagree , it is about 27.48﹪. The more the interviewees agree to litter is caused "Unin- tentional", "Releasor-cuse" and "Insitutional" the highest cog- nition degree, they think this behavior is serious. In addition to, the interviewees agree to "overuse" is one of main reasons to cause this behavior, the interviewees'''''''' profession and marri- age are related to this behavior cognition degree, the student and unmarried person have higher cognition degree. About 26﹪of the interviewees admit to have this behavior. However, age and educational degree have relation to it, they are lower age and higher educattional interviewees. The inter- viewee who have this behavior don''''''''t think it was caused "Will- ful", "Uniformed" and "Unobvious rules", as well as they think it was caused by meeting other tourists'''''''' behavior.
