This research investigates the basic object-oriented(OO) concepts, summarizes and comments various OO analysis methods. Specifically, a case study focusing on library management system is conducted by Martin & Odell''s OO analysis method. Further more, in comparison of Martin & Odell''s OO analysis method with structure analysis method to investigate whether Martin & Odell''s OO method is suitable for developing management information system.
