| Summary: | 碩士 === 中國醫藥學院 === 中國醫學研究所 === 83 === Objective: TO assess the possible relationship between the acupuncture and meridian. Methods: To study this relationship, we use the pulse spectrum analysis as an indicator to investigate the variation of organs after puncturing Tsu- San-Li (S-36). During the 4 weeks study period, each sample received accupuncture at Tsu-San-Li (S-36) in the begining 2 weeks, at control site in week 3, and no accupuncture in week 4. Results: Puncturing the Tsu-San-Li (S-36) significantly change the energy distribution in certain wave, which further regulate pulse, there was no significant change in the control site. Conclusions: Puncture the Tsu-San-Li (S-36) can regulate Chi-blood and smooth meridian.
