First, Process Engineering extracts the information from Design Engineering and System Engineering. Subsequently, engi neers will select the machines, tools and fixtures after querying the Standard Manufacturing Process File or the Master File of each resource to edit the SOP. Then SOP will proffer the indispensable data for the related departments as the genesis information of system operation. Furthemore, the thesis emphasizes the Engineering Change (EC) Management to improve the whole production activity. Rather than dissects the theoretical technics in the automation fields, this paper constructs a practical system to resolve the real problems held in the realm of manufacturing environments.
