The perceptions of organizational politics include: (1)supervisor political behavior; (2)group cohesion; and (3)the gap between organization policies and practices.
Committed employees are assumed to reduce withdrawal behaviors such as lateness and turnover, and may be likely engaged in "extra-role" behavior, such as creativeness or innovation, which are often what keeps an organization competitive.
Because of lacking the empirical research between organizational politics and organizational commitment, it''s hard to view the true situation of organizational context. So, it''s the reason why this paper research this topic.
