Therefore , the cost control will gain advantage in the stage of planning desugn over that of other. It means that the stage of planning design is the best time management control. At present, most of the constructors make a rough estimation of project cost in the stage of planning design by means of estimating member''''s experiences on a similar kind of project''''s information. The error created by estimation members is about 10-15 percents of project cost, and this percentage of error can not be allowed for managing construction. The emphasis of parameter estimating is to gather and induce the quantity and cost of meterial, personnel,machine and tools used in differrent kind of biulding by applying the established date of construction experience, and to predict random incidents by applying analogy and sample space''''s data. In other words, the point of parameter estimating is to predict that similar building cost, and to gain the related parameter of construction list by applying dimension analysis, and to gain the average of unit parameter from the gathering data . Therefore, by applying calculating datas of drawings in fiferent planning design stage, we can accurately get the estimating result according to the estimate of design contents, and there will be an effecient and reference value. There are six chapter in this thesis. those are the following: Chapter 1: Not only to describe the study motive, purpose, range,content, method, process and expectable result of this thesis, also thoroughly to illustrate the parameter estimating.
