碩士 === 淡江大學 === 物理研究所 === 82 === In this thesis, phase shifting technique will be added into two types of grating interferometers to test the wavefront quality of lens. A sine grating inter- ferometer and a double grating interferometer are employed to test the focusing wavefront and the collimated wavefront respectively. In either inter- ferometers, one grating is mounted on micropositioner which can be controlled by computer. Through moving the grating 0, 1/4, 1/2 and 3/4 period , the phase term in the Interferogram can be changed by 0, PI/2, PI and 3/2PI respectively. With CCD and Frame Grabber, we can save those four interferograms in the hard disk . By writing programs to do wrapping and unwrapping, we can determine wavefront aberration function of the lens under test.
