Chapter One manifestes the positive unification of time and space in the epiphanic evolution. Chapter Two discusses the word's unidimension in the light of both horizontal space mostly formulated by non/ lexical onomatopoetic words, "consubstantial" compound words, and single space devised with nominal sentences. Chapter Three devotes itself to displaying the word's multidimension by Roman Jakobson's idea of "syntagm" and "paradigm." Frank W. Stevenson 史文生 1994 學位論文 ; thesis 107 en_US
