applied for "new products subsidy way of industrial development
bureau". Data collection is done by general survery. The
returned samples are analyzed using statistic methods including
Fre- quency Distribution,Bartlett Sphercity Test,Factor
Analysis and One-Way Anova to investigate evaluated criterion,
and whether different nature of enter- prises ,new products,and
top managements would produce different results on the view of
the importance of the decision-making factors. The findings of
the research are as follows: (1).The evaluated creterion can be
summarized into nine factors. (2).Most of variables do not
produce significant difference on the importance of decision-
making factors. (3).The most widely used method of finance is
payback method.
