More and more professional clinics have been established to carry out this b usiness. Because of the rising standard of living and increased incomes, the aging of the population structure, the increase in ailments, and the advent of national health insurance, managers need to make preparations to face the great change in the health cave business. This research analyzes the environment of the health examina tion market by means of literature review, in-depth interviews a nd questionnaires, and collects information from the health exam ination market in order to give managers a general understanding and useful reference. According to this research, there will be nearly twice to te nfold development space. This research discussed the position o f the health examination in hospitals, the segment and dissimila rity in health insurance available to officials, and workers, th e present strategies of the hospital, the effect of the general hospital environmnet, and the strengths and weaknesses of hospit als. It also offers strategic planning for large-sized hospital s and three case hospitals. In addition some suggestions are ma de for the government.
