This research attempts to find out the relationship among organization structure, leadership style and performance. Research samples were take from those firms located in the Science-based industrial Park.   The organization structure studied are functional organization, strategic business unit orgnization, and matrix organization. Four leadership style are included, namely participating, selling, delegating and telling. Organization performance is defined in terms of productivity,and growth rate.   The empirical data and analysis show correlation between organization structure and performance, and the organization structure and leadership styles do influence, the organization performance. However, leadership style and performance show little correlation. In matrix organization, particiaptive and telling leadership styles give higher productivity, and in strategic business unit organization, telling style leadership produces higher productivity while selling and telling leadership styles produce higher profitability.
