Key findings from. the results are as follows:
1.The environmental uncertainly has significant influence on productivity.
2.The industrial types of subsidiary company involving different operating environment, technical requirement competing situation and market condition, influence part indexes about productivity, activity, profitability and safety power.
3.The existing of mamagement center or not influence accounts receivable turnover significantly.
4.The type of conjoin and the number of subsidiary companies has no effert on any financial performance indexes.
5.The scale of qroup assets and subsidiary company''s assets influence total asset turnover, net income ratio and quick ratio significantly.
6.The scale of qroup employs has no significant effect on any financial performance indexes.
7.The scale of subsidiary company''s employs has significant influence on productivity and current ratio.
8.The extent of diversification influence accounts receivable turnover significatntly.
Stepwise regression analysis is based on exploring orientation in order to understand th relation of industrial environment, qroup strategy, organizational characterisities with financial performance index of subsidiary company further the study reveals that in the condition of considering all independent variables at the same time, because of complex interacting efferts,parts of independent variables reversely have higher explanation ability to financial performance indexes.(i.e The type of conjoin)
