igning analog circuit. However, it took much time when the
circuit is very large. In some cases, if the computer is not
good enough it will make the program can not converge. So,
simplify the circuit to a macromodel which acts like the
original device model to reduce the simulation time has be-
come a important role for recent years. In this thesis, we
tried to build a macromodel of voltage-controlled oscillator
,VCO, which is more simple and practical. We used modeling time-
dependent element proposed by G.I. Fisher and J.A.Con- nelly
combined with the techniques of Analog Behavioral Modeling in
PSpice(PC Simulation Program with Integrated Circuit Emphasis).
The simulation result of this macromodel will be compared with
result of device model and real circu- it, and will be
explained and discussed in this thesis.
