Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 管理技術研究所 === 82 ===   The implementation of JIT has brought a lot of impressive benefits to the manufacturing companies.Most published results,however,are concentrated in the experiences of large companies.The small and medium business consists of about 97﹪of the registered companies in Taiwan.The size difference will make different implementing strategies in the practicing process of JIT.   In this study,we develop an implementing strategy of JIT for the small and medium business.The strategy emphasizes the solutions to the special deficiencies comparing to the large companies,such as lack of capital,high personnel turnover,lake of JIT training,etc.With the proposed implementing steps for an actual company,we demonstrate the process of developing a JIT manufacturing strategy for the small and medium companies.
