碩士 === 國立臺灣大學 === 護理學研究所 === 82 === The purpose of this study is to understand the self- assessing needs of the cargivers(family) whose needs fmilies are diagnosed psycosis and the needs related influencing factors. And thus to discuss the difference between self- assessing needs of the family and the needs of the family assessed by nurses. And then it can become the reference of the psychiatric nursing, nursing education, and the vocational education. By using the purposive sampling method, we selected 116 caregivers whose families diagnosed psychiosis from acute psychiatric wards and 107 nurses in Taipei city psychiatric center as our research subjects. By the way of using Factor Analysis, we divided the needs of the family into four types, We found that the first priority We found that the first ssessing self-assessing needs of the psychotic patient''s family when their patients are in the hospital is "Participating the care and treatment activities of the patient". The nurses assess the families'' needs varying with the patient and the family will have its individuality, the personal trait of the nurses will have very small effect when they rate the patient the families. As a whole, the views of the families and nurses are consistent. But there is a difference between the family self- assessing needs and the families'' needs rates by the nurses on "getting instrumental support" and "getting emotional and feedback support".
