Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣大學 === 農業工程學系 === 82 === Farmland consolidation is a complicated work. Planning and design of engineering work for farmland consolidation, such as collection and compiling of data, computation and rechecking of engineering quantity, and preparation of graphic presentation on the achievements, etc., are timeconsuming work and required a lot of input of manpower. At present farmland consolidation implemented by the Land Consolidation Planning Team of the Pro- vincial Land Bureau still depends largely on manual work. Under the present condition of shortage of engineers and technicials, frequent changes of personnel, and more complicated topographic condition of the land consolidation area,it is uneasy to control the progress and quality of engineering planning and design. Therefore , computerization of various engineering planning and design to improve the existing low working efficiency is certainly necessary. Using ArcCAD geographical information system, the aforement- ioned attributive and spatial distributed data of the said land consolidation area are to be associated in a geograrhic database. Thus, the personnel in charge of land consolidation can imme- diately retrieve and utilize the said data for efficient mana- gement as well as for other use. In addition, through the operation interface, computer-aided design, and finding and display of data, the design engineers may use together Chinese and English version CAD to enhance the efficiency of design and drawing preparation. Furthermore, by means of finding system and display of excellent results, computerization may facilitate smooth implementation of land consolidation and increase effectiveness of work.
