Concerned with the regression result of small streams, the longitudinal profile types of dimensionless coordinate agree with symmetric second- order curve in Taiwan area. 2. Using the three formulas calculating, the tc* value and E value are increasing while the b value decreasing, and they are increasing while the section numbers doing. 3. Because the curves are symmetric and the same beginning and ending points, producing to the average slopes of all of the curves equal to 1 in different section numbers. So there are not relative between section numbers and the average slopes, and producing to the section numbers of small streams have not obvious effect to estimating result in Taiwan area.
