Therefore, the purpose of this research is to find out the key successful factors of product in finacial service industry. Through mailed questionnaires, a total of 32 items and the subjective opinions of the executives in the finacial service industry were collected. The statistical results indicated that there were 6 items most emphasized by the excutives and 6 factors derived by the factor analysis.
