Taiwan. Although product innovation in manufacturing industry
has attracted lots of attention, research delas with product in
service industry is lacking. Therefore, the purpose of this
research is to find out the key successful factors of product
in finacial service industry. Through mailed questionnaires, a
total of 32 items and the subjective opinions of the executives
in the finacial service industry were collected. The
statistical results indicated that there were 6 items most
emphasized by the excutives and 6 factors derived by the factor
analysis. Finally, the limitations of this study , practical
implications and future research suggestions were discussed in
details.
