Several distinct objectives are considered simultaneously in choosing an optimal design. Two methods, i. e., the constrained and compound design criteria, are used to combine criteria under these distinct objectives. In Cook and Wong (1992), under constrained and compound optimal designs for two criteria are shown to be equivalent in the controlled factors experiment. The relationship between constrained and compound optimal designs for m criteria, m≧2 and for the marginally restricted case are discussed. Several examples are given to illustrate the relationship between them. Huang Lo, Mong Na 羅夢娜 1994 學位論文 ; thesis 27 en_US
