In this paper, we review the existing models in the literature and suggest a stepwise model in proceeding the evaluation: at first, to analyze the suitability of the introdaction of FMS strategically, then screen the proposals presented by the suppliers for a specific type of FMS requested by the company, at last, to evaluate some of the main performance characteristics, suchas flexibility and-quality, and the related costs in more detail and obtain the optimal proposal. the techniques of relationship matrix, analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and the technique for order preference samlarity to ideal solution(TOPSIS) are suggested for the three steps of evaluation respectively. Delphi method is also suggested for gathering the knowledge and experienoe a experts. 李嘉聖 1994 學位論文 ; thesis 98 zh-TW
