Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 醫學工程學系 === 82 === The purpose of this study is to evaluate the motor function fingers by using a 3-Dimensional Motion Analysis System. Ten healthy subjects (80 fingers) and 46 patients (107 fingers) wereinstructed to move their fungers from full-extension to on. The largest range of each finger's movement was calculated and the function of motion (FM) were compare with the function of motion (FA) index of AMA (American Medical Association). The results indicate that the relationship between FA and AROM (Active Range of Motion) is linear, however, relationship FM and AROM is nonlinear. Both Standard Diveration (S.D) and Coefficient of Varience (C.V) of FM's and FA's are large. Howerver, both FM and FA made no difference by each cases. The C.V of a normal finger is lower than that of patients. Patient's C.V will be different in various cases. We realized that the FA index is over estimated and the application range of our FM is very extensive. Each joint of a finger is independent of AROM when they are normal. PIP is the main casse for FM and MP is the second. During the rehabilit ation period, the FM of the injured fingers increase stably, but FA and TAM increase more at the begining and less at the period.
