Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 環境工程研究所 === 82 === The aim of this research is to evaluate the safety of livestock waste deodoring bioagents to the animal toxicity and aquatic ecosystem. Toxicity test of rats has shown that continuous feeding 0.3, 0.6% Argon bioagent or 0.1, 0.2% Sana bioagent to the rats for 2 months, there is no significant difference in feed uptake, body weight, animal behavior and organ damage among the experimental treatments as compared with control. Meamwhile, the toxicity test of pigs also indicated that the growth rate, feed uptake and health conditon of pigs are normal even though long term feeding 0.1~0.2% Sana bioagent or 0.15~0.3% Argon bioagent. Aquatic ecosystem test demonstrated that it is no apparently changed in water chemical and biological quality as well as fish toxicity under 25 ppm of Argon and Sana bioagent addition.
