Summary: | 碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 環境工程研究所 === 82 === The objective of this study is to establish the standard
operation process(SOP) of Biochemical Methane Potential(BMP)
test,Specific Oxygen Uptake Rate Test(S.OUR),electrolytic
respirator(E.R)and Biochemical Nitrogen Potential(BNP)test for
evaluating the bioactivity and biodegradability of anaerobic,
aerobic and anoxic microbes existed in the plastic wastewater
treatment plants. Two labscale-pilot processes are simulated
and performedtoin vestigate the function biological
nitrification and denitrification. The nupgrading strategy is
tried to promote the removal efficiency of total nitrogen. In
BMP test, the plastic wastewater can be degraded by the
anaerobic sludge which is acclimated with organic-nitrogen
wastewater at 55℃.However,20hours of initial lag time shows
that the different wastewaster characteristics of organic
nitrogen tends to two stages of biodegradation with the two
wavemethanegas production curve in the batch test.On the other
hands, the aerobic activated sludge degrades theorganic carbon
with COD removal of 60~90﹪,and dominates the organic nitrogen
with 35~60﹪ conversion. This batch test with the electrolytic
respirator shows that TOC degradation is faster than the
organic nitrogen cleavage with 140hours of lag phase in the
aerobic biosystem. In BNP test, the settled sludge drew from the
final classifier can degrade methanol and nitrate with 95﹪ of
NO3-removal. The same sludge can also degrade the plastic
wastewater with 60~93﹪ of NO 3-removal. Denitrification
functionis expectedto bepromoted withl imited aeration in the
step-influent process. Results of the pilot study indicate that
two stages of oxic and anoxic unit combination can achieve high
process performance of CODs removal at 83﹪, TOC removal at
89﹪, organic-nitrogen convesion at 77﹪ and total nitrogen
removal at 53﹪.The anoxic unit contributes to more than a half
of TOC and TKN removal for this plastic wastewater with
rational process modification of nitrifiation and
denitrification.
