Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 電機工程研究所 === 82 === In recent years, because information technology makes some progress and society changes, so pepole need to share and exchange the information increasely, and at the same time the network bandwidth is insufficient for the people. The network architecture proposed in this paper uses many transmission media to transmit data packets at the same time to increase the bandwidth in the single transmission medium. It use transmission medis number to control bandwidth increasing and system cost effectively. Compared to the single channel network, the multichannel network has the following advantages: 1. Each node can be active, each on the different channel , at the same time. This improves the delay performance for the overall network. 2. It is more reliable, since a fault in one channel does not disable the entire network. The network continues to function at nearly its full capacity using the other channels. 3. Gived each channel a different priority, then it can transmit the different delay needed data packets. 4. Different network protocols can be used on different channels whereby the composite channel can have the strength of each of the protocol. In this paper, we propose a network protocol to implement network fault-tolerent capacity, we use some high speed control messges to let each node to know each channel state. We will research the network reliability and its preformance.
