And the vibrational mode and capacitance are effect by the wave number and poling method. In this thesis,the Pb.(Zr.Ti.).Nb.O +0.5wt% Mn is used as the base material for annular piezo- electric ceramics. The samples with 3λ, 5λand7λelectrode had been made, the sinter temperature is 1290℃. Two poling conditions are used, 1.both postive and negative regions are poling simultaneo us for 1hr. 2.the positive regions are poling first for 30 min and then the negative regions are poling with the same time. The poling field and temperature for both cases are 3KV/mm and 100℃, respectively.
