Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 航空太空工程學系 === 82 === The primary problem with mechanical model supports arises from distortions in the flow over the model caused by classical support interference. The Magnetic Suspension and Balance System is developed as one solution for eliminating model support interference problem. The system is composed of many coils with special arrangement around the wind tunnel. We control the current of the coils to change the attitude of the floating model. The value of the magnetic force and torque acting on the floating model are he key point to derive the dynamical equation of the system. From the Classical Magnetics, we can use two formula to get the magnetic force and torque if the magnetic flux is known in advance. Through the simulation of magnetic field and skill of numerical analysis, we can save cost on building every possible arrangement of the MSBS. We have finished the control of floating model in one dimension with large range motion and pitch motion control. By the modeling work on multi-pole MSBS, it make me have great confidence in our success on the ten-coil MSBS in the future.
