For carbon monoxide sensor, the platinum metal have been used as electrode, In this investigation, The Pt/C diffution commonly used in fuel cell, rather than Pt electrode Furthermor were changed to sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid. In this investigation,the electrode were prepared by mixing the carbon-supported platinum with teflon binder, then press onto carbon paper. The sensing behaviors of CO were analyzed with potentiometric method. For the electrodes prepared under serious preparation conditions. The limiting current was reached at about 0V(vs.Pt).
