The major plastic waste in Taiwan are LDPE,HDPE,PP,PVC, PS,and ABS.The amount of plastic is about one million tons per year and 410,000 tons of total plastic waste may recycle, reuse ,or resourse. From energy view point,it is also evident that the pyrolysis make plastic waste more resources recovery than the others, such as combustion, landfill ,...etc.. The experimental work was carried out in a bubbling fluidized bed which consist of a perforated distributor, and with a stainless column of 100cm bed height(10cm ID),and 100 cm in freeboard(25 cm ID). The polyethylene and the polypropylene are converted into gas, oils, and char by pyrolysis in various temperature and two different catalysts. The experimental temperature was controlled initially by electrical heating, then by autothermal reaction. The autothermal pyrolysis is a physical and chemical conversion process. According to the selected operating parameters, the conversion proceeds either by gasification,by liqquefaction, or by combustion. In this study we found that the product compostion was affected by temperature, heating rate, airfactor and catalyst. Wu,Shu Yii 吳石乙 1994 學位論文 ; thesis 78 zh-TW |
