It cover all area of science, and govern allover macroscopic behavior of various dynamic system. The scientists and engineers of different area including no matter astronomy, aerography, geography,physics , chemistry, biology, medicine, applied engineering, or economy, and so on, are trying to re-explore the truth of nature by the new concept. However, It's often necessary for the use of computer to simulate and analyze chaotic phenomena or chaotic theory. Therefore, it's very needed a useful software package for chaotic research and education. But the function of present software we collect are deficient and not perfect. The researcher can't use them to simulate arbitrary dynamical system model who want to study. So we decide to develop a integrated research package supporting Windows operating system for the use of research and education. When user input differential or difference equation system, the software can plot time waveform, phase plane, power spectrum, Poincare map, basin of attraction, fractal dimension, Lyapunov exponents, etc., at the screen. In this thesis, the process and consideration of developing such a package is presented. Also note that the limitation of simulation─unavoidable error introduced in simulating continuous-time systems. So simulation data must be interpreted carefully. The subject of chaotic dynamics is boundless and full of stimulation and challenge.
