FAM (finite analytic method) is utilized in the two fluid flows and FDM(finite difference method)is utilized in the separator sheet to analyze the exchanger effectiveness.Numerical results show the comparison between he finite analytic method and finite difference method in the different boundary form of the insulatededge and the different node-point in the separator sheet. The present study is also to propose the useful modification in the finite analytic method. Next,the optimun aspect ratio is found with various parameters like as capacity rate and conductance ratio.
