It needs only some adders and shift register, no multiplier that cost a large amount of computing time is acquired. In this thesis, by taking the advantages of FNT, we develop one kind of error control coding scheme which has very fast encoding and decoding speed. As to the error correcting capacity, FNT method may correct one bit more than others. With these merits, the data can be transmitted more correctly and rapidly. Finally, by connecting this coding system with the fast filtering system which is developed by using modified Fermat number trabsform (MFNT), we can obtain the filtered data fast and correctly.
