The structure of this thesis begins with the analysis of the overview of the Netherlands'' tourism industry, which is divided into three sections, such as, structure, policy, and development, in order to examine the relationship among tourism, air transportaton, and ground transportation. In addition, the tourist system model is used to explain the relationship between the Netherlands'' tourism industry and transportion industry. According to the modified tourist system model, it is mainly divided into three sectors: generating countrty or area, receiving country or area, and also the transit route. It can be easily found out that the transit route is the key point which provides accessibility for tourist flows. Four different kinds of transportation are provided in the model as transit routes, each has both mutually complemntary and replacable character, thouth each has their own characteristics. Forthermore, each of them has different level of significant influence in the tourism industr of the Netherlands. K. C. HSU, PH.D. 許仟 1993 學位論文 ; thesis 164 zh-TW |
