In addition, their relationship with different locus of control. The samples of this study were selected 21 finance and 10 insu- rance business in Taipei. The questionnaires were used and there were 408 useful samples. The statistical methods were frequency distribution,canonical correlation analysis,multiple-regression analysis,one-way ANOVA and one-way MANOVA. The results of this study are as follows: (1) Statistically significant difference is found with respect to the effect of employees satisfaction degree and their per- sonal characteristics.(2) In most of the cases,employees show significantly different satisfaction degree whether the corpo- ration has any single benefit. However,the items list below are exception unemployment insurance,children-caring,nursery school ,kindergarten,transportation facility,pension,housing and rent subsidiary, barber shop and beauty saloon.(3) Locus of control is a moderating variable during the relationship among emplo- yees satisfaction drgree,morale,organizational commitment.
