Summary: | 碩士 === 淡江大學 === 管理科學研究所 === 81 === The purposes in this study are to investigate the followings:
(1) The relationship between employees0 personal
characteristics and their satisfaction degree.(2) The
relationship between the feeling of employees toward whether
any benefit exits and their satisfaction degree.(3) The
relationship among employees satis- faction degree,morale,
organizational commitment. In addition, their relationship with
different locus of control. The samples of this study were
selected 21 finance and 10 insu- rance business in Taipei. The
questionnaires were used and there were 408 useful samples. The
statistical methods were frequency distribution,canonical
correlation analysis,multiple-regression analysis,one-way ANOVA
and one-way MANOVA. The results of this study are as follows:
(1) Statistically significant difference is found with respect
to the effect of employees satisfaction degree and their per-
sonal characteristics.(2) In most of the cases,employees show
significantly different satisfaction degree whether the corpo-
ration has any single benefit. However,the items list below are
exception unemployment insurance,children-caring,nursery school
,kindergarten,transportation facility,pension,housing and rent
subsidiary, barber shop and beauty saloon.(3) Locus of control
is a moderating variable during the relationship among emplo-
yees satisfaction drgree,morale,organizational commitment.
