historic preservation in these years, there areseveral
different regional demonstrations been induced. However ,
when Erh-Kan steps in the conservation actions, "
Participation" becomes a perfect executive process.
Therefore , researchers try to figure out why the of Erh-Kan
involved in the conservative action by the constructions of
politics,economy and ideology. The conclusion is the
interaction between the socio- historical context of Erh-
Kan and issues about published in the 90''''s. By the
experiential research of Erh-Kan,researcher to base on the
development of the conservative action in Erh-Kan and point
out not only the dominators in the different historical
periods, but also the relationship working among them.
Furthermore, they can inspect the interior difference of each
subject . After that , we can clearly understand how the
residents of Erh-kan with the characteristic condition limited
by history. According to the patriarchally participative
which are accustomed to be used in the government,the will
point out the crises and conflicts the residants of Erh-Kan
will face in the participation of the action . And we will
prospect the possibility of participation.
