Solid state reaction method was used. Due to the instability of the structure of 80K phase, doping of Mo atom is needed in the material preparation. Although the structure of 80K phase was identified to be similar to YBCO123 as that of 40k phase, but its chemical composition is Sr-rich and deviated from the proportionality of 1-2-3. The annealing temperature for 80K phase varies from 1050℃ to 1175℃ when the oxygen pressure change from 1x10^-3 torr to 6atm. The best post-annealing condition is at 900℃ and O2 of 1atm.
