Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 營建工程技術學系 === 81 === An analytical model, based on sectional analysis and moment- area method is proposed to predict the deflections of reinforced concrete beams.The interaction between the concrete and rebar in tension,such as the tension-stiffening effect of concrete and slippage of rebars was carefully considered in this model. The analytical results of this proposed model were compared with available experimental data. During comparison, the varied parameters includes compressive strength of concrete, steel ratio, loading type and width- to-depth ratio of cross section. The ACI 318-89 method was also studied by this model,and further modification was recommended for design purpose.
