In this research, we start from blueprint and then give algor hms of the angle between normal directions and of the Neural Networks. For the angle between normal directions algorithm, Cubic Spline is adopted as the measure curve, which assures those obtaining measure points locate on it and goes with those conditions of practical measure and computer aided draft. That is, to decide the optimal amount of measure points can be d by this algorithm under a allowable tolerance give. For the Neural Networks algorithm, we propose a Neural Network learing mode to find the suggestion measure point of ar curve by network training and testing.
