Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 管理技術研究所 === 81 ===   Organizational conflict is avoidable. Methods proposed in current literatures are mostly in the view of managers. This study suggests the application of "self-management" to solve of reduce organizational conflicts. An empirical research is carried out to discover correlation between organizational conflict and that of management styles.   The total management (TM) system is proposed in this study. Results from the survey prove that self-management indeed reduces organizational conflict. Suggestions are also made on the implementation of the total management system.
