reflection holograms which can display real images floating
above the films. Furthermore, the distance of the reconstructed
image from the hologram is cnotrollable. Here, four methods of
producing 360°hologram are suggested. They are all two-step
holograms, but their way of making H1 are different. The four
different methods of making H1 are: (1) Recording holograms
using flat films, the object beam and the reference beam are on
the same axis perpendicular to the film plane. (2) Recording
holograms using conical films, the object beam and the
reference beam are on the same axis perpendicular to the film
plane. (3) Recording holograms using flat films, the object
beam and the reference beam are off axes. (4) Recording
holograms using flat films, and using two reference beams. One
of the reference beam is on the same axis with the object beam,
and the other is not. Finally we conclude with ways for
producing 360°holograms with wide-viewing range , and suggest
some of its applications.
