Today, it is the great impact for the ecosystem on earth. When facing to the gradual escalate consciousness of environmental protection , how to make well of environment upkeep and ecology cradling are the most important task for us to do . Each of one-year-old Cinnamomum camphora and Casuarina equisetifolia were used to examine their physiological responses to different PH value acid precipitation in this present study. The results obtained are summaried as follows :Ⅰ.the amount of total sugars of per gram leaf .Ⅱ.the amount of reducing sugars of per gram leaf.Ⅲ.the amount of chlorophyll of per gram leaf .Ⅳ.the amount of glutathione of per gram leaf .Ⅴ.the amount of amino acid of per gram leaf .Ⅵ. the amount of starch of per gram root .Ⅶ.the amount of cellulose of per gram root .Ⅷ.the leaf observed by scanning eletronic microscope : Lower epidermis of normal and fumigated leaves of Cinnamomum camphora and Casuarina equisetifolia were observed by scanning eletronic microscope, leaves slightly damaged by acid precipitation showed shrinkage in subsidiary cells, tissues between veins of severeiy damaged leaves showed necrosis or collapse .
