There are huge geographical data complex model solving, and computer aided cartography ( Computer Graphics). It is such a restricted computer operating environment that we can use each function separately. In fact, all the powers of computer are important aids in decision making. This research will integrate the three functions of computer. Use the new software technologies such as the object-oriented design, graphic windows environment, and the scientific visualization to a DSS ( Decision Support System) that is a function specific and document centered view of computing. What about population analysis and projection decision system ? This research includes deterministic models( such as life table, Sharp & Lotka model, matrix model, and Kendall model ) , stochastic models (such as pure birth process, pure death linear birth-death process, immigration- birth-death process, and stochastic life table), and a spatial population dynamic model. Use the new technologies such as the object-oriented programming language--C++, object-oriented graphical window environment -- MS-Windows, and computer aided design's scientific visualization to provide an excellent environment. It has a user-friendly interface, comprehensive model output, and easy to develop, easy to maintain, extendible system development environment. The decision maker, who understands the quantitative and qualitative meaning of population structure, process, and trend, can integrate the population database and population models under this system.
