Yet there are many complain in the training program design, especially the consequence of the training program. Therefore, this study tried to reformulate the training program structure of mechatronic knowledge for operation and maintenance workers. By reviewing literature, this study developed a theoretical basis for format of the checklist and designed the the curricula. The four core indexes of knowledge structure were consisted of structure, complexity, importance and frequency, and were evaluated by the experts through the Delphi technique. Moreover, the true value of experts for structure and complexity were used as criteria for level clustering, while the means of importance and frequency as criteria of deviding the order if units at each level. The results of this study were discussed as following. 1.The occupation levels of operation and maintenance level that knowledge structure is divided: 1).fundamental knowledge 2).application 3).analysis 4).design and creation. 2.Based on the above classification and the results of Delphi, mechatronic curricula should include such five fields: mechanics, electronic engineering, control, computer, and general application. Each field covers three parts: element, mechanism(system), and related knowledge. The knowledge structure of each field consisted of different numbers of units and clusters. Finally, some suggestions were made based on related literature and the conclusions in this study were provided for training institutions and curriculum designers. 洪榮昭 1993 學位論文 ; thesis 197 zh-TW |
