The continuous tuning range of the lasing frequency can be larger than 15 kHz. With a proper electrical feedback loop, we have locked the laser frequency to a resonant frequency of a confocal Fabry-Perot interferometer, and have transferred the frequency stability of the confocal Fabry-Perot interferometer to the laser.
