Summary:碩士 === 國防醫學院 === 藥學研究所 === 81 === In the thesis,o-methylaniline was used as a starting material to synthesize a sieries of oxindole-containing compounds with a view to evaluating their potential cardiotonic,anti-aggregation and vasodilation activities.Eleven new products had been successfully prepared in this laboratory. All the end products prepared were tested in vitro for cardiac muscle contractility of heart tissuees in guinea pigs and dogs to evaluate their activities on cardiac muscle contractility. Others were tested in vitro for anti-aggregation in the rabbit blood. 5-{3-[4-(4- fluorobenzoyl)-1-piperidino]acetamido}-1,3-dihydro -3,3,7-trimethyl-2H-indol-2-one(27),5-{3-[4-(2-hydroxy-3-(2- methoxyl phenoxyl)-1-piperazion]acetamido}-1,3-dihydro-3,3,7- rimethyl-2H-indol-2-one(29b),5-[3-(2,3-dimethoxyl benzylamino) acetamido}-1,3-dihydro-3,3,7-trimethyl-2H-indol-2-one(30c),5- [3-(3,4-dimethoxyl benzylamino)acetamido]-1,3-dihydro-3,3,7- trimethyl-2H-indol-2-one(30e),5-[3-(3,5-dimethoxyl benzylamino) acetamido]-1,3-dihydro -3,3,7-trimethyl-2H-indol-2-one(30f), were the most potent in cardiac musclecontractility and anti- aggregation.
