Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 輔導學系 === 81 === The purposes of this study were to design a problem solving training (PST) program for increasing problem solving attitude and reducing job stress of elementary school teachers, and to evaluate the effects of this training program. A "non randomised control-group pretest-posttest" group design was adopted. Eigh- teen subjects nonrandomly assigned to the experimental group and control group. The experimental group met for 9 PST sessions, 100 minutes each session. Both of the experimental and control groups received posttest and follow-up test, and the data were analylized by t-test. Results showed that the problem solving attitude had no significant increased and the job stress had no significant decreased. Further implications of this study were discussed.
