verbose process and some accident unexpected. These obstacles
quality and the quantity of software that cannot satisfy thethe
user, so we must choose a good software development method and
technique of CASE to solve the software crisis. This paper uses
JSD (Jackson System Development) method to and to implement an
integrated CASE tool on MS-Windows The tool includes some
graphic editor for the three phase of JSD, for the description
of each object of a JSD specification, the check the syntax of
specification graph. A JSD code generator can automatically
transfer process structure diagram to structure very important
that this tool has fully achieved the integrated check of
design information in the three phases of JSD. Basically
speaking, the development process of JSD consisting both
specification and implementation procedures is different
traditional waterfall model. If this tool includes a software
automatically implements application system by designed
developer after then only has to focus to their attention on
the desired behavior rather on the implementation-specific
