Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立體育學院 === 運動科學研究所 === 81 === The purpose of this study was (1)to investigate the effectivness of the running program on elementary children'' s growth, physiological fuction, blood parameters and physical essential; (2) to examine differentence of growth, physiological fuction, blood parameters and physical essential from in three groups of running program among 46 fifth grade pupils. The participants ( mean age 10.7 years old ) were randomly sampled into the following groups:sprint training ( 10 boys, 8 girls ), endurance training ( 10 boys, 8 girls ) and control group ( 4 boys, 6 girls ). The results indicated: (1) There were no significant difference on growth in the three groups (p.>.05). (2) Systolic blood pressure was increase in the group of sprint training (p.<.05). (3) Albumin/ gloublin ratio (A/G) was decreased in the groups of sprint training and endurance training (p.<.05). (4) The score of standing long jump in sprint training group was better than that in endurance training group (p <.05). They were all progress except those in endurance training group. The performance of baseball throw in the control group was better than that in endurance training group. Coming and going run in sprint group was better than endurance group (p <.05). Thus, it is suggested that the sprint training could help enhance all body physical fitness developmentin. Beside if the study can prolong for one year or three or five years and include the inspection of hormone, the study will be more significant.
