Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 環境工程研究所 === 81 === The experimental results showed that electrolyt- ical foam- separation process could separate the heavy metal-chelate complexes efficiently . The heavy metal removal by using diethyl dithiocarbam- ate was better than ethyl xanthate. In the case of Cu-EDTA-diethyl dithiocarbamate, the removal effic- iency of Cu after 90 minutes operating time was over 98% at S/M=2,4 and Cu(Ni)-citrate-diethyl dithiocarbamate, the removal efficiency for both Cu and Ni were 98%at S/M=2.Besides, the foamate volume decreased with the increase of S/M ratio. In the case of Cu-citrate-ethyl xanthate , the foamate volume at S/M=1,2,4 was 56.9,33.3,22.6ml,the ratio of heavy metal in foamate (C) to initial solution (C)(ie.C/C) was 2.6,3.2,4.0,respectively. Throuth the orthogonal arrays L experimental design and analysis of variance(ANOVA) of observed data, it showed that surfactant type and NaDS con- centration were statistically inferred to have significant effects on the removal and concentrate d concentration of heavy metal. Besides, surfactant type, S/M ratio and pH value were stastistically inferred to have significant effects on the foam- ate volume . The results showed that the higher concentration of heavy metal was concentrated, the better removal efficiency of heavy metal was achieved.
